With support from WPHF and UNDP, women and young women in Quneitra begin leadership, mediation, and collective income projects.
Women and young women from across Quneitra governorate joined the opening sessions of Quneitra Women for Peace and Empowerment, Inanna's flagship Women, Peace and Security project, supported by the Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) and UNDP.
The project combines three tracks: women-led collective income-generating projects, training in leadership, governance, and public participation, and skills in dialogue, mediation, and conflict management.
The aim is a nucleus of women in Quneitra able to take initiative, influence local decisions, and build bridges between the different components of their community.
